London Mayor Ken Livingstone flies home after aborted Venezuela trip

He's not known for his silence, but London Mayor Ken Livingstone has flown back into London refusing to say a single word about his aborted trip to Venezuela and his secret stop off in Cuba. Instead, he hummed his way through Gatwick. Members of the London Assembly had plenty to say though, as they debated the cost of the visit, both to the capital's taxpayers and the environment.
