Local Iranians react to overseas protests
(NECN: Josh Brogadir, Boston, Mass.) - Iran's clerical rulers say they will recount disputed presidential ballots, after days of violent street protests that have left at least seven people dead. The clerical regime organized its own rally today. Thousands of people filled the streets of Tehran, waving Iranian flags and pictures of Iran's supreme leader. Government officials urged the crowd not to let the election divide the nation. Later, supporters of losing candidate Mir-Hossein Mousavi gathered in a square. So, how is the local Iranian community reacting to all of this?
