The drama surrounding Liz Hurley's extravagant Indian wedding is still not over. After a seven-day wedding marathon that included sacred fires, white horses and a major fight between locals, Liz and her Indian born husband Arun Nayar now face legal proceedings.A court in India has accepted a petition by Hindu radicals alleging the couple had breached the sanctity of ancient Hindu rituals during their lavish wedding celebrations. They claim that because the couple had a Christian wedding at Sudley castle in Gloucestershire first, they were not actually eligible for a Hindu marriage in India. The petition was filed by local man Vishnu Khandelwal, his Lawyer Hastimal Saraswat said: "This is the first ever case in India where a couple already married has gone through another marriage."The couple has, through their act, been trying to canvass the spread of Christianity and utilising the Hindu marriage have hurt people's sentiments.
