Six medical staff, sentenced to death in Libya for infecting more than 400 children with the HIV virus will hear the results of their final appeal on Wednesday. But on the eve of the appeal, a senior Libyan doctor has told Al Jazeera he's convinced the children were infected deliberately. The medics have always protested their innocence. Al Jazeera's Amr El-Kahky has this exclusive report.
