LHC - Six Billion Dollar Experiment 5 of 5 The Large Hadron Collider (LHC) is a particle accelerator complex intended to collide opposing beams of 7 TeV protons. Its main purpose is to explore the validity and limitations of the Standard Model, the current theoretical picture for particle physics. With this project it is now possible to create Black Holes and the public should be aware that even if scientists may have good reasons for this project, the North American Air Force is already trying to pursue antimatter weapons with this type of technology.
