Lessons Learned: It's about results, not effort

Sid Mohasseb , Vator.tv's newest angel investor and the president of Tech Coast Angels and a partner at Venture Farm (angel network), has this to say to all you entrepreneurs: Execution isn't about hiring people, it's about results. Sid went on to say that it's about passion, waking up in the morning feeling like what you're doing that day is the thing you'd most like to be doing in the world - and the only thing you'd like to be doing in this world. It's not about second guessing or hedging your bets. It's about complete and utter immersion and belief. And, it's about building a team of people who share that belief.
