Lawson Leads UNC Past Tigers In Greensboro

Ty Lawson's toe has been a big topic of conversation in Greensboro this week. The ACC Player Of The Year saw his first tourney action on Saturday and he didn't disappoint with 23 points helping the Tar Heels get past the LSU Tigers. Rob Gunst of palestra.net has the recap.
