Launch of the Commision of Climate change and Development Report, 2009 - Part 2

The report Closing the Gaps: Disaster risk reduction and adaptation to climate change in developing countries was launched in London on June 30th 2009. It calls for the fight against poverty and the fight against climate change to be addressed together. Camilla Toulmin, Director of the International Institute of Environment and Development, presents the key elements of the report.
