Landowner's Rights Forum - Marcellus Shale Gas Leasing

A public meeting held at Broome Community College on September 16, 2008. About 400 community members turned out to hear local officials discuss the possible financial, environmental, legal, and aesthetic ramifications of gas leasing in the Marcellus Shale formation, with a focus on how to protect one's rights when entering into a gas leasing agreement.
