A land slide caused considerable damage to a number of homes in Stephen and Dieter's neighborhood. With everyone home for the summer, Trey and LC decide to organize a benefit to help the victims of the land slide. Their benefit entitled "Fight the Slide 2005" will include music performances by Talan and Alex M. as well as a fashion show. Everyone agrees to pitch in and help. Kristin, Jessica and Alex H., sign on to be models for the fashion show segment. At the dress rehearsal, Jason gives Jessica a couple winks and "Hi babes" right in front of LC. LC takes notice but continues with her duties in organizing the show. On the ride home in Kristin's car, Jessica proclaims that if she had to choose between Jeff and Jason, she would probably pick Jason.
