Kourtney & Kim Take New York: One Last Dash

As their time in New York comes to a close, Kim is torn about leaving the Big Apple and considers making a drastic cross-country move. Encouraged by her single friends to stay, Kim is also tempted to be closer to her new beau, New Jersey Nets star Kris Humphries. Meanwhile, as Kourtney and Scott prepare to move back to Los Angeles, Scott feels it's the right time to take their relationship to the next level and considers popping the question to Kourtney.
