Kourtney & Kim Take New York: Kim Takes Dubai

When Kim goes to Dubai for work with her mom Kris Jenner, she becomes concerned when she realizes she is having a great time--without her husband Kris Humphries. She decides to open up to her mom about her marital woes and how she's starting to question the future of her relationship. Meanwhile, back in New York, Kris is left to spend time with Kourtney and Khloe, but when he refuses to open up to them, the sisters decide to play a prank on him.
