Kibaki Reaffirms That His Government Commitment To Equity

President Mwai Kibaki has reaffirmed commitment by his government to ensure equity, full access, retention and quality education at all levels. However the president said education budget was a huge strain and appealed to the private sector to chip to help the government achieve universal primary education.
