Cooking around the World with Keith Floyd The Novelli Academy is delighted to announce a number of exclusive dates in April and May for a small group of culinary enthusiasts to spend the day with Keith Floyd. A renowned TV chef and prolific writer, Keith Floyd has traveled extensively around the world in order to fulfill his love of cooking local dishes and entertaining people. At the Academy he will be selecting a number of traditional family dishes from countries such as France, Spain, Greece, Thailand, India and the Mediterranean region. These will be demonstrated to the class and accompanied by Keith’s unique insight into the right ingredients, techniques and other useful tips. All dishes will be sampled by the students along with matching wines. With his wealth of knowledge and experience, Keith is a wonderful entertainer and will regale you with his exploits and tales of cooking.
