Karzai Accepts Runoff after Fraud Investigation

Afghan President Hamid Karzai agreed on Tuesday to a second round vote after the country's election commission ordered a runoff election for November 7 following a fraud investigation which dropped Karzai's votes below 50 percent of the total.
