Junta blocked cyclone aid: Rights groups

A human rights group alleges cyclone aid meant for Cyclone Nargis survivors was confiscated, stolen and resold by Myanmar's military junta. The claims come as Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) gather for a summit in the Thai resort town of Hua Hin, where they are expected to address the issue of human rights.
