John Challenger Says U.S. Labor Market Is 'Very Fragile'

John Challenger, chief executive officer of placement company Challenger, Gray and Christmas Inc., talks with Bloomberg's Carol Massar from Chicago about the firm's report on job cuts announced by U.S. employers in June, the outlook for the labor market, and prospects for a recession.
