If you bought something from him and got nothing, what do you suppose he did with your money? If he had that percentage of shipping (what is it, under 50%?)on ebay they'd throw him off. Maybe they did. Don't let him burn you and tell you he bought drugs to "buy time". Who makes that up? Which Joe is telling the truth? The "coke Joe" or the "I'm telling you the truth now after constantly lying"? Why do some think an apology is enough to justify stealing?
