Jeremy Lusk Tribute, Pete Thomas of the Los Angeles Times reports that Lusk, who was from Temecula, died in a hospital in San Jose, Costa Rica, late Monday night, surrounded by his wife, his parents, his mother-in-law and father-in-law and several fellow riders.
