Jennifer Lopez is apparently suing a British pram firm for for using her photo without permission. The singer/actress claims adverts for Silver Cross showed her with her twins and she now wants a reported £3.5 million from the company. In a 27-page complaint, J-Lo accuses Silver Cross of deceiving the public into believing that she and her dancer husband Marc Anthony endorsed their buggies. The firm specialises in old fashioned strollers and they are not cheap - some cost as much as £1,000. It is claimed that until recently the Silver Cross website had a shot of La Lopez pushing her twins Max and Emme in two Balmorals from their range, which according to the caption have made her the envy of Long Island. The suit filed in a Federal Court in the US insists that Silver Cross sought to associate their products with the reputation, goodwill and glamour of the A-list couple. Silver Cross say they are unaware of any proceedings taken against them and have had no communication with the 39-year-old or her representatives.
