JavaONE 2006 Day 1 Highlights JAVAWUG

My name is Peter Pilgrim and here are some highlights of my day at JavaONE 2006. If you have never been to JavaONE it will give you a rough feel of this event. This is a video featuring Ken Russell, Romain Guy with Filthy Rich Clients Full scale femonstration of the famous AERITH application, which is the s-mash up of Google Maps and Flickr. Also a brief encounter with the Click-and-Hack-It brothers a.k.a Neil Gafter and Joshua Bloch. These speakers are the authors of the Java Puzzler book. Patrick Lightbody, Jason Careirra, and Don Brown (I think this was Day 2 footage that got merged up with the Day 1 tape) This was a section of the TS 3682 talks with the Struts Action Framework demonstration. Essentially I captured the demonstration of the WebWork Freemarker syntax theming of the WebWork tags. A brief snippet of the mad cap Java Posse BOF 0678 that took place late night 10:30pm at the Hotel Argent. See separate video for more material. and more ... Enjoy this one especially from me.
