Japan eyes Kim fate

Kim Jong-il may have suffered a stroke, according to reports that emerged after he failed to appear at national anniversary celebrations last week, stoking concerns about leadership in the world's only communist dynasty. Japan's defence minister Yoshimasa Hayashi said the fate of the North Korean leader could affect Japan's security.
