Israeli Workers Near Lebanese Border Afraid To Work In Area As Hizbullah-Inspired Protests Grow

Demonstraters put in place by Hizbullah have come closer and closer to the border with Israel in protest of the Gaza strike. Many of the protesters held signs saying 'Death to Israel'. Some protesters also demonstrated against the assasination of Hizbullah leader Imad Mugniyah. Israeli workers such as employees of Bezeq and the electric company whose jobs take them close to the border say it is no longer safe to work in the area near Lebanon. American war ships have been patrolling international waters near Lebanon to send a message to Hizbullah and Syria. 3/3/2008
