An Israel Air Force plane bearing the bodies of the six Israeli victims murdered at the Mumbai Chabad House in last week's terror attacks landed at the Ben-Gurion airport Monday night shortly before midnight. A brief memorial service was held at the Ben Gurion international airport, and representatives of the bereaved families were present. Four of the bodies, Rabbi Gavriel and Rivka Holtzberg, Ben-Zion Korman and Ycheved Orpaz, were draped in prayer shawls and the Israeli flag. The family of one of the victims, Aryeh Leibish Teitelboim, an ultra-Orthodox Jew who had given up his Israeli citizenship, was draped only in a prayer shawl. The body of the sixth victim, Jewish Mexican citizen, Norma Shvarzblat-Rabinovich, was also not draped in the Israeli flag. The bodies were then taken to the Abu Kabir Forensic Institute, for the necessary pre-burial preparations. Thousands are expected to descend on Kfar Chabad on Tuesday afternoon to take part in a memorial service for Chabad emissaries Rabbi Gavriel Holtzberg and his wife Rivka. The couple wil then be laid to rest at the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem. The funeral of kashrut superviser Aryeh Leibish Teitelbaum, who was also murdered at the Chabad center, will begin at 2 pm in Jerusalem. The funeral of the late Norma Shvarzblat Rabinovich of Mexico who was to have immigrated to Israel today December 1st will take place at Jerusalem`s Har Hamenuchot Cemetery in Givat Shaul at 11:30. On Monday following a moving memorial ceremony in the Mumbai synagogue Rivka's father Rabbi Shimon Rosenberg told reporters that he and his wife will continue Rivka and Gavriel's mission in Mumbai at least until their son, Moishe, grows up and then he will continue it. 12/02/08 "Israeli victims murdered at the Mumbai Chabad House(12/02/08)" From IslamicPeaceAndLove
