Speaking during a conference of Arab leaders, Nouri al-Maliki said some type of timetable should be included in a new security agreement that Iraq is negotiating with Washington. Iraq's national security adviser added the Iraqi proposal is conditioned on the ability of Iraqi forces to provide security. President Bush has opposed any idea of a timetable for withdrawal of U-S forces from Iraq. In response to this latest proposal ...
