Increasing numbers likely to become insolvent in 2007

It has been suggested that increasing numbers of individuals are likely to file for insolvency or bankruptcy in 2007. Last year 110,000 people were declared bankrupt or insolvent and rising interest rates, higher fuel bills, and overspending at Christmas are thought to be extra contributors.
