Washington Fly Tyer, Scott (Scotty) Howell, Our Dearly Missed Friend and one of the Most Prolific and Talented fly tyers to Ever Grace this Slide Show with his flies, Scotty Passed away January 26, 2008, after a Courageous Battle with Cancer. If you have never seen his flies before, you did not know what you were missing. He had an Extraordinary Talent for Creating Flies that are almost perfect, remarkably colorful and detailed.
