How to Understand MLM Comp Plans

Most people in Network Marketing don't know what their time worth. That was my case while ago. Why people join companies without understanding the compensation plan? A question not taken into consideration is this: WOULD YOU EVER START A JOB WITHOUT KNOW HOW YOU WERE GOING TO GET PAID? Certainly no! But then why we start in Network Marketing without knowing exactly how we are going to get paid? Excitement, hype, we trust our sponsor, so no need to think about it?
