I felt myself moving my hand up to the locket, and pressed my hand together around it. I didnt want to be in here right now, so I grabbed my things, and walked out the door. There was no reason in locking the door, seeing that someone had obviously broken it. So I just shut the door, and walked downstairs and out into the streets. I saw Kevin standing there, and I checked the clock on my cell. It showed 7.54 pm. Had I really been up there that long? You okay? was the first thing that came out of his mouth as I reached him. Yeah.. Im just a little shaken up I guess I said without thinking. Because of what? he asked. Uhm.. Nothing I said. He eyed me suspiciously, but then let it go I guess. Come on he said, and started walking towards a car. HIS car I think. Where are we going? I asked as I started following him. The movies.. I hope you havent seen Twilight yet? They made a movie out of that book?! I said surprised. Yes? Hmm I said thoughtfully, and entered the car. --------- Now see, she doesnt meet Jacob that way! And in the book theres no story whatsoever about the bad vampires before they turn up at their game! I said as we walked out of the theatre. You know, the director has got to have a little artistic freedom.. Not everything can be as it is in the book Kevin said, and I glanced at him. It CAN and it should! I mean come on! Think of everyone who went to the movies to see like twilight exactly as it was in the book! Then they shouldnt go see it But what about the people who want to see Edward in real life? They should go see it! But theres probably someone whos gonna be let down if he isnt as they thought he would be And I repeat: Then they shouldnt go watch the movie Oh! And did you see when his skin was supposed to sparkle?! It was sooo not what I thought itd be How did you think it should be? he chuckled, and I stared blankly at the road in front of me. Youre not gonna let me win this, are you? I asked bluntly. No.. Not really he smiled at me. The effects sucked I muttered. He chuckled, and unlocked his car. Do you want me to walk you up? he asked as he parked in front of the coffee shop. No thanks.. Id rather just do it alone I said, and he nodded slightly. I had a great time tonight he said, and met my eyes. I could tell he was being sincere. Yeah.. It was fun I said, and looked down at my hands. Suddenly his hand came out of nowhere, and took mine in his. But it wasnt there for long. I jerked mine back, and barely looked at him. I couldnt. For some reason, pictures of my previous nightmare showed up. Uh.. Bye I said quickly, and then threw the door open, before running into my building and up the stairs to my apartment. As I entered my apartment, I felt tears appear in my eyes. But I took a deep shivering breath, and managed to keep them down. I knew I had to do something about this place. I had to get a new lock, clean up everything, and maybe get some new stuff. But right now I was really not in the mood. Please comment :)
