How to pick a Maryland Blue Crab

Maryland Blue Crabs are an indigenous species and delicacy of the Chesapeake Bay, the largest estuary in the United States of America. Picking them is a time-consuming art form, but the reward is priceless. Here, Mrs. Crab demonstrates the proper way to pick a crab.
