How to make a Kicking Meatloaf

This a cooking demonstration on how to make meatloaf. Or rather how I make it. I didn't want people to search and think this was about the singer, hence the title. Plus, it struck my fancy. I didn't get all of the inserts that I wanted. Lesson learned, write down what shots I will need. That way I can cover some of the jump cuts and other things (notice the loaf pan towards the end - I think I may need a PA in charge of continuity). Anyway, I'm pretty happy with the way this turned out. Enjoy.
