Tim Henman has booked his place in the second round at Wimbledon after beating 1998 French Open champion Carlos Moya.Henman, who went into the grasscourt Grand Slam tournament with just two wins on the ATP Tour this year, dispatched Moya 6-3 1-6 5-7 6-2 13-11 in their rain-affected marathon four-hour clash at the All England Club.Having squandered four match points before play was brought to a halt at 9.19pm last night, the British number two continued his fight when the match resumed at 5-5.And roared on by his Centre Court public Henman finally forced the all-decisive break in the 24th game of the fifth and final set.The four-times Wimbledon semi-finalist will be looking to beat another Spaniard Feliciano Lopez, who beat Britain's Joshua Goodall 6-1 6-4 6-4.Meanwhile, Katie O'Brien became the first British player to book her place in the second round at this year's Wimbledon.The 21-year-old from Yorkshire claimed a hard-fought 6-3 7-5 victory over Germany's Sandra Kloesel on Court 17.O'Brien, who is Britain's number one woman, needed 45 minutes to take the first set before having to overturn a 5-3 deficit in the second by winning the last four games.Fellow Briton Elena Baltacha was not so lucky as she went down 6-7 6-3 2-6 to 19th seed Katarina Srebotnik while Anne Keothavong succumbed 2-6 0-6 to third seeded-Serb Jelena Jankovic.© Independent Television News Limited 2007.
