HEALTH: Teenage cancer patient dies following radiation overdose

A teenage cancer patient who hit the headlines in January 2006 when she was mistakenly given a massive overdose of radiation therapy, has died at her home in Scotland. 16 year old Lisa Norris was suffering from a brain tumour, but her distraught family are laying the blame for her death directly on the NHS cancer centre that treated her. The results of an investigation into the overdose are due to be published soon.
