HEALTH: Superbug outbreak in Leicestershire hospitals has claimed 49 lives

The hospital superbug C-Difficile has claimed the lives of 49 people in the past 8 months in Leicestershire. It is due to an outbreak at three hospitals, run by the same trust. 29 other deaths are being investigated.
