HEALTH: Lisa Norris died after overdose of cancer treatment

A hospital has promised to learn lessons from the "critical errors" that a young girl's family believe may've led to her death. Lisa Norris was having cancer treatment at Beatson Oncology Centre in Glasgow, when she was given 19 overdoses of radiation. It left her weak and extremely ill, and last week, the 16 year old died. Her father says he just wants to stop it happening to anyone else.
