Health Care: Tax Slap?

The House health care reform bill is calling for a 5.4 percent surtax on people making more than $500,000 a year. Republican strategist Trent Duffy and Democratic strategist Liz Chadderdon discuss whether this is a health care overhaul or just another tax hike on Americans.
