21-year-old Ana Carolina Reston was a successful model and knew being thin kept her in work. She died of complications from anorexia - five foot seven inches tall - but weighing only six stone. Doctors say Ana starved herself until her body could no longer fight off infection. She's the second young model to die in the last month. Could the fashion industry at last be forced to change?
