Halpenny Expects U.S. Dollar to Hit New Low Against Euro
Derek Halpenny, head of global-currency research at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Ltd., talks with Bloomberg's Naga Munchetty in London about U.S. and European interest rates, the possible depegging of Gulf region currencies from the dollar and the outlook for the euro, yen and pound.
