Oscar-winning actress Halle Berry asked a judge Tuesday to ban her ex-boyfriend, model Gabriel Aubry, from having any contact with their child. The legal proceeding follows a move by the former couple's nanny calling for a restraining order against Aubry, alleging he shoved her when she arrived to pick 3-year-old Nahla from his home.
