Guiding Light: Feb 19, 2008

Procter & Gamble Productions’ Guiding Light premiered on January 25, 1937 as a 15-minute radio program and in 2007 celebrated an unprecedented 70th anniversary. The show premiered on the CBS Television Network on June 30, 1952 making it the longest running daily show in broadcast history. Guiding Light is the only radio drama that transitioned to television still on the air today.
