Guantanamo & Torture - George Galloway & Reprieve

George Galloway and Andy Worthington of Reprieve (lawyers representing Guantanamo detainees) discuss the rendition, torture and ongoing detention of British resident Binyam Mohamed in Guantanamo Bay, and the US administration's approval of torture. Binyam Mohamed, a British resident, was illegally detained in Pakistan by the US in 2002. He was then "rendered" to Morocco, where he was tortured on behalf of the USA, including having his genitals cut with a razor blade. From Morocco, American officials flew him to Afghanistan where he suffered more abuse in the CIA-run 'Dark Prison' in Kabul. Binyam was then transferred to Guantanamo Bay where he has remained since September 2004.
