Grade: 'We are in very good shape'

The Chairman of ITV, Michael Grade, has said that he is not surprised about the delays over recruiting his successor.In recent weeks a number of high profile candidates have ruled themselves out of the running to take over as the channel's chairman alongside a new chief executive.Giving evidence to a House of Lords committee Michael Grade said that ITV was in "very, very good shape" as a business.
