(NECN/ABC) - Governor Rod Blagojevich will not resign. That's the official word from the attorney the governor hired Monday night. This comes amid allegations that he tried selling an appointment to Barack Obama's vacant Senate seat. The governor could wind up being tried in federal court. The Illinois house voted 113 to zero, to create a bipartisan committee that will investigate the allegations and recommend whether he should be impeached. WLS News reporter John Garcia has more on the story.
