GOP candidates court conservative base at CPAC

Former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum spoke at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) Friday morning describing himself as the true conservative of the GOP presidential race. The New Yorker’s Ryan Lizza is on the ground at CPAC and joins NOW saying Santorum's speech was well received, but conservatives are concerned with his electability. (Now with Alex Wagner)
