Ghost Rider's Arrest during DVD tour in Europe

This was filmed during the shooting of Ghostrider in Europe, he is not arrseted,the girl says that they couldn't arrest him because he wasn't breaking a law by standing on the pavement TO ALL IDIOT WHO COMENT SAYING IT IS FAKE.. this was taken from his DVD tour in europe, so it's not FAKE, it's just a police control, he produced new DVDs since then.
