Masked and heavily armed, Palestinian militants set ablaze a picture of Bush and a U.S. flag in front of a crowd of men holding shoes up against posters of the U.S. president. Other protesters held banners praising the journalist for 'taking an oath' against what he called the U.S. occupation army in Iraq.
