Fourth Protocol (1987)

Based on the best-selling novel by Frederick Forsyth ("The Day of the Jackal," "The Dogs of War"), this slick British espionage thriller concerns a desperate race to stop a Russian KGB plot to assemble and detonate a nuclear bomb at an American Air Force base in England.
