MIDDLETOWN, R.I. (AP) - Former Congressional candidate Dave Rogers was arrested in Middletown on a drunken driving charge. The Republican Rogers is a former aide to Governor Don Carcieri and made unsuccessful bids in 2002 and 2004 for the Congressional seat held by Democratic Rep. Patrick Kennedy.
