Forging flooded streets not recommended

(NECN: Kenneth Craig, Worcester, Mass.) - Heavy rains in Worcester caused major traffic backups, and flooding became a big worry around the city on Thursday. Roads were drying up by Thursday afternoon in parts of the city, but select streets remained closed. The hills and valley of Worcester make it a perfect place for flash flooding.
