FOOTBALL: Wigan chairman considers legal action over West Ham signings

Wigan Chairman Dave Whelan is considering legal action against either West Ham FC or the Premier League. It follows the league's decision not to fine West Ham over the signings of Carlos Tevez and Javier Maskerrarno. Lawyers are looking into the case and Whelan believes his fellow Premiership strugglers should have been docked points.
